Speed cannot replace direction

We live in a world where a high value is placed on getting things done. People are involved in various kinds of activities, both at work and at home, often without considering whether this is good or bad. It’s important to keep up, otherwise you risk falling behind. Many people experience burnout or have a nervous breakdown. Why does this happen? Can it be that they feel that they have lost their sense of direction, that they no longer are in control over their situation and have become disillusioned? Do they no longer grasp what they have done during the day, what they should have done or what they should have prioritised? Do they have a clear understanding of why they are prioritising specific tasks??

There are many attempts to describe modern society and how people live their lives. Not least within companies and organisations where modern man spends a lot of his existence. In some research studies, companies are described as social phenomena, far away from the models we read about in management theories and in the business press. Is this view valid?

We are convinced that companies can improve their own development with the aid of good leadership. It is critical to prepare carefully, define clear objectives and make use of good strategies to reach your objectives. . When you know where you want to go, it’s easier to choose the right path. When a set of objectives are embedded in a company’s culture, management models and information systems, the company works efficiently. If a business is heading on the right course, there is less need for speed and unnecessary diversions can be avoided. We help your company find the right path to becoming successful.
