Ekan welcomes two new faces

Elvy is an experienced change manager who likes to help others develop their potential. With her background as a systems analyst with the focus on people, their communication and their behaviour, she has worked on everything from mapping processes to implementing major change projects. She finds it easy to see the whole picture fast and is able to take others with her to reach her goal efficiently according to plan. Some of her previous jobs include recruitment and executive development consultant at Transearch, chief consultant and HR manager at Technology Nexus, management consultant and CEO at Human C and sales manager at Adera/Astrakan. Elvy will be located at Ekan’s Stockholm office.

Christian, who has experience from both the Swedish armed forces and from university, is now welcomed to Ekan to share his knowledge with us! His most recent job was as operations manager at an upper secondary school in Göteborg. His past jobs include education manager at EDS in the UK, assistant lecturer in computer science at the University of Gothenburg and career officer at K3 in Karlsborg. Christian is also trained as a language teacher. He is a native speaker of both English and Swedish and has good knowledge of French, Japanese and Spanish.
