To be able to keep up with, or improve at a faster rate than your competitors, there must be a desire to be involved, to develop and to improve continuously. Business development is a broad area that is all about finding the right business structure, efficient processes, developmental work methods and relevant system support. It will often also have an effect on the organisation's structure.  

 

We deal with business development in terms of organisation, system and process. In our daily work these obviously work together, but we differentiate between them during the improvement process to simplify communication and create understanding of the changes.  

 

Regardless of how you approach the issue, business development is always about commercial improvement.
