Berndt Spångberg
Berndt is a senior management consultant with 30 years of consulting experience in private and public business. He has broad experience from, among other things, industry, civil engineering, healthcare and the tech industry. His academic degree includes public administration and psychology.
During his long career, Berndt has acted in both roles as external and internal consultant. Among other things, he has developed and implemented large management development projects, acted as a sounding board at CEO level and supported management teams and line managers in leading and driving change work. Over the years, Berndt has also worked extensively with business information management, and not least from an information security perspective.
Berndt's strengths lie in the breadth of experience and the ability to quickly understand the customer's business and needs, in order to then propose initiatives that lead to achieving the right effects. This expertise and experience has meant that he is often sought after as a coordinator and chief developer in prioritized community development programs.
