Julia is an experienced management consultant in strategy and business management with a background in finance, HR and systems. She is primarily involved in questions regarding development and improvement within organizational development, project management and system implementations, primarily business systems and BI solutions. Where governance meets realization in the form of the meeting between tools and people, Julia often acts as a bridge in the role of project manager or strategic sounding board/support for change manager.
Julia is driven by continuous improvement and sees opportunities that are born in challenges.
