Julia Viklund
Julia is an experienced management consultant in strategy and business management with a background in finance, HR and systems. She is primarily involved in questions regarding development and improvement within organizational development, project management and system implementations, primarily business systems and BI solutions. Where governance meets realization in the form of the meeting between tools and people, Julia often acts as a bridge in the role of project manager or strategic sounding board/support for change manager.
Julia is driven by continuous improvement and sees opportunities that are born in challenges. Through trust, transparency and structure, she builds relationships that create conditions for joint development. Julia is part of Ekan's team of experts in dynamic control models, Beyond budgeting and also participates in the CFO office.
Julia has a degree in economics with a focus on management and strategy, a certified project manager in both traditional and agile methods, as well as board education.
