Ekan's management consultants are certified according to CMC
As an important part of Ekan Management's quality work, we certify our senior consultants according to the international standard CMC. In Sweden, certification is provided by the industry organization Sweden's Management Consultants (SAMC). Certification to the Certified Management Consultant ensures that the management consultant meets a high internationally established standard regarding professional skills, competence and ethics. This is an important quality stamp that benefits professional consultant buyers and their organizations. CMC is the key to increased security for the customer. The certification extends over three years and thereafter the consultant needs to recertify and demonstrate both good customer references and ethics as well as satisfactory skills development.
Ekan Management is today one of the companies in Sweden with the most certified consultants. In addition to already certified consultants, several are currently under certification.
At the turn of the year, Evelina Kambre Öberg, Regional Manager in Stockholm, was recertified and associate consultant Anders Kron.
