New book - Beyond Budgeting in practice
The book Beyond Budgeting in practice is now available in stores. The book is aimed at those who are curious about how, by managing and leading in a new way, regardless of industry and size of company, can make the business more competitive and sustainably profitable.
The author Knut Fahlén is active as a management consultant at Ekan Management and has a doctorate in business administration. Since 2010 he has been active as a lecturer and inspirer and driving within the network Beyond Budgeting Round Table (BBRT).
