Your future role
Ekan Management is growing and needs more driven employees. We see an increased demand for people with the ability to help our customers to take advantage of the customer's inherent potential through developed working methods and digitization. Our mission in this area is all about understanding the customer's business and needs and, through improved processes and tools, to help them move from the current state to the desired state. Your role as a business development consultant involves working with developing the client's business and helping them in their journey of change through:
- Your ability to identify, value and formulate the current and future needs of the business and propose appropriate measures.
- Map, analyze and develop processes and methods.
- Identify, evaluate, procure, adapt and implement effective digital tools.
- Through effective change management, ensure the effect of change through working methods and tools.
We are looking for you
If you are interested in this position you probably have a master's degree, either from a university of technology, systems science or in the field of economics. You have worked for at least five years, preferably as a consultant or equivalent. You have experience supplemented with methods in areas such as project management, business analysis, agile working methods, process mapping, setting requirements and introducing new working methods and/or IT systems. Experience from the public sector is advantageous.
As a person, we wish you to be structured and self-motivated, enjoy new contexts, is curious and interested in businesses and their organization. We are looking for "humbly cocky" - confident in yourself, but never at the expense of others.
