Web course in Situation-based budget management
Together with the educators at Effective Management, Knut Fahlén conducts a course / webinar on the theme Situation-adapted budget management 26 January 2022. The education is half a day and is aimed at economists and senior positions in public activities.
Knut will describe how traditional budget management is an obstacle to cost-effectiveness, efficiency, flexibility and trust-based working methods. Against this background, the conditions and solutions for more efficient and effective management of public activities are discussed.
