Jonas is a senior management consultant and responsible for Ekan's business area Public operations. He has extensive experience in business management, business development, evaluation, investigation, analysis, process support and process mapping in industries such as government agencies, various ministries at the government office, regions and municipalities as well as municipal companies. Jonas' assignments often concern the development of operationally critical systems in the form of control models, strategies, action plans, digital support systems and follow-up tools, as well as the development of work and decision processes as well as collaboration processes between authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
