Ekan's talent pool – the industry's best career introduction

As a junior at Ekan Management, you are part of our talent pool. There, we provide space for new consultants to develop the breadth of abilities that the management consultant role encompasses. The purpose of the Talent Pool is to provide special guidance, coaching and follow-up for consultants who are at the beginning of their career.

In the Talent Pool, we discuss various topics that are important to get a handle on in order to grow in your consulting role. In addition, each consultant rotates in Ekan's other competency clusters to gain insight into Ekan's offerings and competencies, and to further broaden their role. This, in combination with working on assignments, gives our juniors a perfect start in consulting life.
