Mia is one of Ekan's founders and senior partner. She has a background in the IT field, and in her consulting role, she is often called upon today as a senior advisor connected to complex business development projects. Mia has specialist competence in project management, change management, organizational development and IT Governance. Mia has particularly extensive experience in industries such as real estate, energy, health care, IT and public administration.
Mia is internationally certified as a management consultant according to CMC.
