Ekan Management is looking for new employees with experience of digitization in the public sector, who want to work in the role of management consultant. This means developing, leading change and coaching around work methods, leadership, governance and management in the area of information management.
We also want to connect more sub-consultants with corresponding experience, who can take on different roles and contribute as a qualified resource or expert.
The role of consultant with us
Ekan Management is an independent management consulting company with approx. 40 years of experience in innovative thinking. We offer in-demand expertise in governance and management issues, business development and digitization to companies and public customers. We are approximately 70 employees and a total of 140 consultants across the country with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Ekan's consultants challenge established structures for governance and management in order to help businesses adapt to an increasingly rapidly changing environment. You who search
We are looking for you with experience or training in information management and want to focus on digitization in the public sector. You need to be flexible, driven and customer-focused.
We are looking for you with education and experience in some of these areas:
- Digital information management
- Archival knowledge
- Case management
- The Municipal Act, the principle of publicity, the Archives Act, GDPR, etc
- Document management, e.g. document management plan and classification structure
Knowledge and experience are meritorious:
- process development
- Administrative management of support systems
- Requirements for support systems
- Project and program management
- change Management
- Business/methodology development
- Public activities and politically controlled organizations
