Ekan Management is looking for new employees with long or short experience from the civil engineering sector, who want to work in the role of management consultant. This means developing, leading change and coaching around work methods, leadership, governance and management in the field of community building.
We also want to connect more sub-consultants with experience in the civil engineering sector, who can take on different roles and contribute as a qualified resource or expert.
The role of consultant with us
Ekan Management is an independent management consulting company with over 30 years of experience in innovative thinking. We offer in-demand expertise in governance and management issues, business development and digitization to companies and public customers. We are approximately 70 employees and a total of 140 consultants across the country with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Ekan's consultants challenge established structures for governance and management in order to help businesses adapt to an increasingly rapidly changing environment. You who search
We are looking for you with experience or education in civil engineering and want to focus on the development of governance and management within the sector. You need to be flexible, driven and customer-focused.
We believe that you are active/experienced in one of these areas, and with basic knowledge in all three:
- Detailed planning according to PBL
- Municipal community planning/community building (as client or supplier)
- Project management and project finance in civil engineering
Knowledge and experience of:
- Line role in politically controlled organization
- Contract work, law or economics
- Collaborative management
- The Public Procurement Act (LOU)
- Project, program and portfolio management
- change Management
- Business/methodology development
- Leadership
- Consultant role
- Pedagogical ability
