Although the way of planning, forecasting and goal management has developed over the years, many organizations find it difficult to meet today's challenges. Ekan Management has for many years collaborated with the International FP&A Board and can now offer a webinar on how some Swiss organizations have applied Beyond Budgeting and what effects they have had by developing the budget process.
The International FP&A Board was established in London in 2013 and today the network is located in 27 cities and 16 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America. The network aims to identify and support the development of new global trends, skills needs and governance models in modern financial planning and analysis.
