Anna Segerberg

Anna is a senior management consultant with extensive experience as a project manager, not least with public clients. She has solid knowledge of politically controlled organizations and how their specific conditions affect organization, management and governance.
Anna is used to working with both politicians and civil servants; managers and employees. Her assignments primarily include organizational and business development, audits and follow-up research/learning evaluation. She is often project manager in her assignments, and is also a seasoned moderator and facilitator.
Anna is an economist with a master's degree in strategic and operational financial management from the Gothenburg School of Economics. She is also a trained evaluator according to the ESF and the Norwegian Agency for Growth's guidelines.
