Helena is an experienced management consultant with experience from both the private and public sector. In recent years, she has primarily worked strategically with process and business development with a focus on increased digitization and streamlining of operations. In many assignments, the focus is on analyzing processes before streamlining or digitizing work tasks, building up organizations and driving change journeys.
