Magnus Fritsch
Magnus is a Senior Management Consultant and certified project manager with focus on requirements, procurement and implementation of budget / forecast, decision support system and business / business system.
Magnus is a certified (PMA) project manager with a multifaceted experience in procurement and implementation of systems both within BI and ERP. He is a trained business economist and has worked for a number of years as chief financial officer before the interest in business development and IT support prevailed - however he is still firmly rooted in the financial and management / governance processes.
In his various roles, project management has always been a given part of the tasks and through a natural interest in running projects, Magnus has participated in a large number of different projects with different forms of governance and follow-up. He has extensive experience in business development and process improvements linked to strategic IT support.
