Magnus Fritsch
Magnus is a Senior Management Consultant and certified project manager with focus on requirements, procurement and implementation of budget / forecast, decision support system and business / business system.
Magnus is a certified project manager (PMA) with multifaceted experience in procurement and introduction of systems in both BI and ERP. He has a degree in economics and has worked for a number of years as finance manager before his interest in business development and IT support took over - however, he is still firmly rooted in finance and management/control processes.
In his various roles, project management has always been a given part of the tasks and through a natural interest in running projects, Magnus has participated in a large number of different projects with different forms of governance and follow-up. He has extensive experience in business development and process improvements linked to strategic IT support.
