More efficient project management at Telge
Just like many housing companies in Sweden have Telge Housingr and Telge Hovsjö a high pressure on producing new housing at the same time as renovation of existing stock. Against this background, the municipal housing companies in Södertälje have developed their project management with models, processes and organization.
Ekan Management was given the assignment to support Telge Bostäder and Telge Hovsjö with the implementation of project management in the operations to increase project maturity and to adapt project management and project work as part of everyday work. The assignment included a number of workshops with employees and management working on projects. The business has strengthened its expertise in project management and created clarity between project work and line work.
