Ekan procures real estate systems for Stockholm city housing companies

Ekan Management conducted a feasibility study for Stockholm in 2013
city housing company regarding new property system. Ekan has now received
trust as project consultants as independent consultants to procure new
real estate system and prepare the upcoming implementation in one
collaboration projects between the companies. The real estate system must be effective
future business support in the companies property management and enable
e-services for the residents in accordance with the city's objectives.

Stockholm City's municipal housing companies consist of family Housing, Micasa Real Estate, Stockholmshem
and Swedish Housing. The companies have sales of approximately SEK 7 billion and have
together, a property value of SEK 111bn. The company's over 1,000 employees
works for 150,000 Stockholmers to have a well functioning and
attractive accommodation. The investments in new construction are extensive and coming years
more than 1,000 new homes will be built each year.
