Performance Management Summit will be held in Stockholm on June 3 with Ekan Management as a partner. The purpose of the day is to discuss the latest trends in governance and performance management to support strategic decision making. The keynote speaker is Dr. Robert S. Kaplan, a Baker Foundation professor at Harvard University and author of both ABC Calculation and Balanced Scorecard. Dr. Kaplan focuses its research, training and consulting on how cost and performance management systems are linked to the realization of the company's or organization's strategy.
Other keynote speakers include Bjarte Bogsnes, VP Performance Management Development at Statoil as well as Chairman of Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT), and David Bell, Chief Strategy Officer at Dimension Data Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd.
