More than 100 managers without managerial responsibility have been trained by Ekan Management
Project manager, program manager, HR consultant, research manager or coordinator. In the public sector, many are responsible for leading colleagues and collaborating with others. The role often provides some kind of leadership position, without being a formal manager, which can sometimes be a challenge.
Mobility in the state, a collaboration program between 14 authorities and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, has a vision of making the state the best workplace in Sweden. Ekan Management, on behalf of Mobility in the state, has trained over 100 employees to manage without being manager.
Mobility in the state's responsible client, Anna Ottoson, HR Partner at the Swedish Energy Agency comments on the education's results:
