Real estate company Willhem achieves success through processes
Willhem is a real estate company with 16,500 apartments in nine locations around Sweden. The company is wholly owned by Första AP-fonden and the return therefore contributes to building value in our pension system. Last year, the management initiated a long-term development work on process-oriented operations. The result was a cultural change and a more efficient administration.
