Eva Håkansson
Eva Håkansson has a long and broad experience as head of public operations, including as municipal business manager, municipal director and director general. These roles have given her a deep and broad experience in leadership and change work in politically controlled organizations.
Eva is basically a social worker and after an initial period as a social worker she began to focus more and more on strategy work and development for the whole of municipalities and government agencies. Today Eva works as a senior management consultant on assignments that affect change management of public operations, as development support and interim assignments as interim manager.
