Peter is an experienced management consultant with many years of experience in supporting organizations with methods for structured development work and development-oriented leadership.
Peter's specialist competence stands on two legs, where one deals with leadership and business development; improvement work and process development, agile business management (certified according to SAFe) and strategic goal management. The second leg deals with system-related issues such as system and business architecture, security protection and requirements.
Peter thrives best in the borderland between strategy and operations. He is driven by being involved and creating the feeling that the business is in the Zone - Everyone has a purpose, everyone has the right conditions, everything flows and it's fun!
Peter has an oak tree. B.Sc. in management of growth from the Gothenburg School of Economics. He sits on Ekan Management's management team with responsibility for market, quality, safety protection and sustainability issues.
