Caspar Hanes
Caspar is an experienced consultant with expertise in community development and regional development. Caspar carries out, for example, qualitative surveys, analyzes and evaluations in digitalisation, business development and competence supply and development. Caspar also has a background as a cabinet assistant at the Government Office.
