Agile and digital - Welcome to the autumn roundtable
Now that the autumn darkness is creeping up, we are giving you the opportunity to work with industry colleagues to fill up with energy and inspiration by participating in one of Ekan Management's esteemed roundtable talks. In addition to an inspiring and engaging conversation, we also offer a good and nutritious breakfast.
In the roundtable, we will together challenge current thinking and identify the opportunities that arise when we include agile and digital working methods in the business. The talks are led by a moderator from Ekan Management who, based on his daily contact with the market, and knowledge in the agile and digital development, share his experiences. Autumn's talks focus on the following areas.

Project Management Office (PMO)
A modern PMO creates great opportunities for increased strategic focus, adaptation to the outside world and redistribution of resources to where they are most useful. Lucas Rolfsson, with extensive experience in establishing and running PMOs in various businesses, this leads to talks about challenges, opportunities and solutions for tomorrow's PMO.

Networking and Value Creation Purchasing
With increased globalization, and new forms of cooperation, today's purchasing organization faces new challenges. Niclas Hjerdin, with many years of experience from senior positions in purchasing from both Swedish and international industry, raises thoughts and discussion about challenges and solutions that strengthen the purchasing function's role in strategic development.

From information to value-creating decision bases
An abundance of information often comes with the difficulty of choosing, and thus also choosing, the fear of missing something. Nevertheless, this is exactly what is needed to make the business-critical information visible to management in order to make insightful decisions. Rikard Olsson, business area manager in strategy and business management as well as experienced management consultant in the area, will, based on real cases, lead this conversation about how companies and organizations can move from information overflow to value-creating decision basis.
