Karin Rydén new consultant in digitalization and project management at Ekan Management
Karin Rydén strengthens the business area Government controlled businesses on Ekan Management as a management consultant with a focus on digitalisation, project management of IT / business development projects and organizational and process development. Karin has many years of experience in project management and has led both strategic projects and business development.
Karin is most recently from Region Västra Götaland where she worked as object manager for about 200 IT systems. Karin contributes with experience in the management and development of IT systems from an operational perspective, and has conducted analysis on the procurement procedure for IT systems. Karin also has expertise from her role as a Medical Engineer at Sahlgrenska university hospital where she developed both sustainability technical strategies and was responsible for coordinating service agreements and worked on requirements for service contracts during procurement.
Karin herself says of her new role:
- It will be very exciting to go into the consultancy role and become part of Ekan's competent team. My overall thinking and my experience from the management side mean that I hope that together with our clients I can design the assignments so that it will be a successful result for the business.
