Reinforcement in change management and HR
Ekan Management continues its steady growth and this time we are very pleased to welcome Lena Helander to us. Lena most recently comes from Previa, where she has worked as an organizational consultant with leadership development, business improvements and change processes for individuals, groups and organizations. Lena is basically a staff scientist and ICF certified coach. She has particularly long experience from the public sector, where she has worked with both healthcare and government agencies and municipal activities.
About her next step in her career, Lena says:

Petter Spanne, Business Area Manager for Public Operations at Ekan Management, describes the recruitment as a strategic competence addition for the company as a whole and especially to Ekan's Stockholm office. Petter goes on to say:
