A powerful strategy is a strategy that is implemented. We can all agree on that. Nevertheless, most strategies fall into the implementation phase.
Today's organizations largely consist of large businesses with many employees working in a complex and highly changing environment. With such a reality, it is crucial to create understanding throughout the organization of where we stand, where we are going and why. Without this understanding, all the time spent on designing the new strategy will only be a major expense item and not the investment for the future that it should be.
