We are looking for junior management consultants!

Ekan Management is growing and needs more junior management consultants. We are an employee-owned management consulting company with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. We combine experience and wisdom after 40 years in the industry, with innovative thinking and creativity. The average age at Ekan is around 40 and we are 50/50 women/men. Your future role

In your role as a consultant, you will both deliver on assignments, contribute to the sales work and develop Ekan as a company. Your assignments will include overall strategic issues as well as concrete improvement work in the customers' operations.

Examples of tasks as a junior management consultant:

  • To act as support to the project manager in planning and follow-up
  • To help our customers understand the causes and solutions to their challenges
  • To be responsible for partial tasks in projects
  • To work with research and environmental monitoring
  • To produce presentation material
  • To contribute to sales work and development of Ekan as a company

Your profile

You who are interested in this position probably have a master's degree, either from a technical university or in the field of economics (preferably a mixture). Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement, as well as good knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You graduate in the spring or have worked up to two years after graduation. B driver's license and experience in project work, digitization, process development, experience in financial functions/controller role, agile working methods, introduction of business/financial systems, CPM systems and/or BI solutions are meritorious.
