Recruitment: Senior management consultant HR, Organization and Leadership
Ekan Management is growing and needs more senior management consultants with experience in assignments that aim to develop operations with regard to HR, organization, leadership and employees.

Your future role
Ekan Management is growing and needs more driven employees. We have an increased demand to help our customers develop organization, leadership and employees. Our missions in this area are about contributing to creating good conditions for leaders and employees to work towards the mission and goals of the business. To create tomorrow's reality. In your role, you will both deliver on assignments and contribute to sales and the establishment of new assignments. Your main duties as a consultant involve working with:
- Be an assignment manager and expert in assignments within the area, for example;
- Manager and manager support – Management team development, manager coaching and supervision, individually and in groups
- Organizational development (leadership, structure, culture, collaboration, etc.)
- Development and implementation of leadership programs and training efforts
- Development of HR functions and processes (strategic management support, competence supply, etc.)
- Contribute in our work to shape and create new assignments based on requests for our framework agreements in the public sector,
- Contribute to continuous development within our competence team Organization & Leadership
The one we are looking for
You who are interested in this position have a university degree in psychology, behavioral science, management or equivalent. You have worked for at least 10 years as a consultant or in equivalent assignments in the line. It is an advantage if you have experience of assignments in publicly owned businesses, state, region or municipality. In your work as a consultant, or equivalent line role, you have built up a network with relevant contacts.

We are looking for "humbly cocky" - confident in yourself, but never at the expense of others. Your inner drive is important because the consulting role at Ekan combines a large measure of both freedom and responsibility. The position is a full-time position with immediate start and preferably located in Stockholm. Gothenburg may also be relevant. Depending on the nature of the assignments, there may be travel in the position.
