Reinforcement in behavioral science and development work
Ekan Management strengthens and broadens the competence base through the recruitment of Gustaf Hilding to our Stockholm office and business area Public Operations. Gustaf is a legitimate psychologist and comes from Previa. There he has worked as an organizational consultant within the national team for organization and leadership with mapping, analysis and change work of individual, group and organization.
Gustaf has over 10 years of experience from public operations, both in the role of organizational consultant through assignments with a number of government agencies, and as a clinical psychologist in, among others, Stockholm County Council. Gustaf also has a background as a professional officer in the Air Force.
