Ekan grows in Stockholm with an experienced HR manager
Katarina is a senior management consultant and experienced HR manager with special experience in the public sector. Among her previous experiences, she has been HR manager at the Financial Supervisory Authority, the National Audit Office and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. Katarina is driven by creating structured and cultural conditions in organizations where each individual leader and employee can thrive and together deliver high quality.
Katarina has worked at the highest level of management in our public agencies and has a wide range of experience ranging from strategic HR and core value issues to individual coaching and leadership development. In addition to a degree in economics from Stockholm University, she has gaibed knowledge from several courses in HR and coaching.
After many years as HR manager, Katarina has focused on the development of leadership, management groups and teams for the past two years. What made her choose Ekan is the opportunity to work with leadership and organizational development together with customers and colleagues.
